How to fix "TLS error trying to find package coverage at https://pub.dartlang.org"

Hi,

I am getting this error when i run "flutter doctor" on my Windows 10 office Laptop.

I tried many approaches like

- Downloading flutter.cer --> flutter.pem certificate and defining path in the Environment variable

- Added PUB_HOSTED_URL = http://pub.dartlang.org in Environment varaibles

- Cleared out "cache" folder and re-ran "flutter doctor" again

None of the approach worked and I'm still getting error when "flutter doctor" command is executed.

Can someone please help, how to fix the issue?
