Layout design problems on iPad

Hi,

I made an iPhone app, but when I try to upload to Apple Store for revision, they told me I need to add screen captures for iPad 12.9". But when I test the app on an iPad emulator it looks awful!! I need to get a better design for buttons, cards, text boxes and everything. As an example, a button looks thin and wide until the margins of the iPad.

How can I change all the design to make it look good on iPhone and iPad?

I don't have an answer but I am interested in this problem.

"I had the same issue, having iPhone checked. So, I naturally thought it was ok. Got rejected at first, then I replied to them saying I didn't want iPad to be supported and it was already set on XCode.
