Error in simulator:

Hello!

When I run the project on simulator. it shows the following error.

CocoaPods not installed or not in valid state.
Error launching application on iPhone 12 Pro Max.

in podfile uncomment the global platform, and also update the value 8 to 9

Please make an update of cocoapods it should work. The error is very clear
