Raw TCP Client possible with Flutter and latest iOS?

Hi,

I am looking at Flutter to develop a multiplattform raw TCP client for Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS to connect to a server TCP socket on another device. Now I read here and there that latest iOS does not allow unencrypted TCP connections anymore. Is this really true and does this also apply to Flutter?

Yes I have read in a blog. iOS doesn't allow unencrypted TCP connections anymore.
