Flutter Issue

I am from Bangladesh. Today I was faced a large problem about flutter. When I have use package add in dependence of pubspec.yaml file and save it. I was show a problem 'OS Error: The semaphore timeout period has expired. , errno = 121, address = storage.googleapis.com, port = 54212'. This problem not only me. I have check  10 flutter developer, they was faced same problem. I think all of Bangladesh flutter developer was faced this problem. What we do right now. I hope this problem will solve as soon as possible. Thank you.

Chances are that it might be your internet connection. In Nigeria here, adding dependencies in the pubspec.yaml and running flutter get doesn't work on a particular network. Turns out the network has a bad IP reputation. You could drop the error from the terminal here.

I am from Bangladesh, facing the same issue fro 3 days. I have changed all available operators to get this resolved, but unfortunately it is showing that issues. I think Google must take care about the issues. I have talked to a big internet provider company here, named Amber IT, they have tested on Link3 link it was also same problem. Even, I could not get any server response when I have tried over http on the browser to storage.googleapis.com the server was not found. But, when I have checked the url with assistance of proxy zend2.com it shows some error. I have already created a local ticket to the internet provider company, but it seems, that is not a proper solution. @Google must take care and ensure the availability of the pub get. Unless, we are facing many difficulty.

I also faced similar kind of problem. To overcome with this problem use vpn. Problem will be fixed.

Glad to help, open your system's Environment Variables setting panel: Win7, Win10 (just need do the step1 and 2), 

and then choose New... and add 2 new variables:

Variable name: PUB_HOSTED_URL

Variable value: https://pub.flutter-io.cn

Variable name: FLUTTER_STORAGE_BASE_URL

Variable value: https://storage.flutter-io.cn

setx PUB_HOSTED_URL "https://pub.flutter-io.cn" 

 setx FLUTTER_STORAGE_BASE_URL "https://storage.flutter-io.cn"
