If you're on Windows or Linux, there's currently no way to do that; the temporary GLFW embedding doesn't have full-screen support. Adding functionality to the GLFW embedding isn't a priority, but GLFW itself has APIs for fullscreen so if someone really wants it in the short term it would probably be relatively straightforward to submit a patch adding it.

Do you mean Window Size of Application after build you can customise in windows folder and file flutter_desktop_example.cc i think
