Flutter IntelliJ Plugin M64 Release

This release cycle was primarily focused on fixing some important issues.

• The new project wizard is now working in Android Studio Chipmunk

• The embedded browser works with M1 Macs

• New projects will have better support for Android tools; #5464 is fixed

Bumblebee Issue

The Android Studio Bumblebee release had a problem that affected all Flutter users. It has been fixed. Download the latest release (Patch 1) of Bumblebee to get the corrected version.

Support for Dolphin (canary) will be added on the dev channel beginning Feb 6.
