Flutter IntelliJ Plugin M87.1

We are pleased to announce the release of the Flutter IntelliJ Plugin version M87.1, with support for Android Studio Meerkat and Narwhal. 

This minor release includes:

• Registration of VM service with DTD (allows MCP servers to see apps run using this plugin)

• Fix for ClassCastException: BadgeIcon on flutter runs

• Fix the FlutterDependencyInspection for the analyzer workspaces
