Flutter IntelliJ Plugin M68 Release

This release cycle was primarily focused on fixing problems and reducing tech debt.

• Changed the device selector to show meaningful names.

• By default, the Windows platform is enabled in the new project wizard, if the Flutter SDK includes support for stable Windows..
  

• Fixed a problem that caused breakpoints to be ignored when there was a space in the project path.

• The Dart process running the Flutter daemon for the plugin should be terminated when Android Studio shuts down. The code to do that was not being run anymore as of Android Studio Chipmunk.
