Dart plugin for IntelliJ update

Flutter Community,

The publisher of the Dart plugin for IntelliJ changed to the Google Vendor, from today’s version onwards. There should be no change needed to current Android Studio or IntelliJ IDE configurations.

From the beginning of the Dart project, the JetBrains company has diligently authored, tested, and released the popular Dart plugin for IntelliJ since March 2014(!). Thank you JetBrains! Going forward, Google will be the Vendor and maintainer of this plugin, alongside the Flutter plugin.

We are excited to continue supporting the stack.

The project is still open source, but now at https://github.com/flutter/dart-intellij-third-party. Please file any issues here.
