We are pleased to announce the release of Flutter 3.13.8 to the stable channel; This hotfix release addresses the following issues:

dart/53747 - Fixes a visual issue in the Dart VM preventing users from seeing variable values when debugging.
flutter/136371 - [iOS] Fixes rendering issues when using advanced blends under transformations in iOS applications.
flutter/136372 - [iOS] Fixes rendering issues when using drawPoints in save layers in iOS applications.
flutter/136373 - [iOS] Fixes rendering issues when using image filters in iOS applications.
flutter/136552 - [iOS] Fixes issues with voice over when visiting a PlatformView in iOS applications.
flutter/136654 - [Android] Fixes rendering issues when using PlatformViews in Android applications on high refresh rate phones.
flutter/136388 - [Android] Clarify error output when users use flutter create on Android applications when Java versions are incompatible.
flutter/136680 - [Windows] Clarify error output when attempting to run/build a Flutter app on Windows when the Flutter SDK is installed on a different drive.

In order to get the laters, run `flutter upgrade`.
