[Breaking Change] GoRouter 4.0.0

Hi everyone,

The GoRouter 4.0.0 will introduce several breaking changes to prepare for new features.

A quick summary on what will change:

• Introduces GoRouteInformationProvider that needs to be passed into Router or WidgetsApp constructors.
• Removes the namedLocation API in GoRouterDelegate.
• Removes the unused debugLogDiagnostics in GoRouterDelegate.
