 一名城管队员在上班期间，不注重个人形象，挽裤腿、抱美女，结果被路过网友拍照后贴到网上。前天（8月4日），河南省焦作市山阳区城市管理局对此做出决定，对怀抱女同志的城管队员予以开除。
