Have you given any thought to how to handle album artwork for FLAC
files in iTunes? The FLAC Picture metadata block can be used to hold
album art, but can iTunes be coerced into using it? I suspect this
will be one of those things that is needlessly difficult if not simply
impossible, but it is probably worth looking into.

I have thought about it. In many cases the artwork is already there
but iTunes doesn't normally store artwork for QuickTime movies, which
is how flac files are seen by it.
The only workaround I've found so far is pulling whatever artwork is
available from the iTunes Store if any.
