fluix 4 download sample will not load in VS 2005 or VS 2008

I am trying to get a look at the example on how to generate the sample
application. however the video deverges on how to set the content
pipeline assembly. and when I try to open the sample app the vs 2005
and vs 2008 are unable to open the solution or convert it.

Sorry, it's probably because of an incompatible XNA release.
I haven't installed or used XNA since the first release, so things are
probably incompatible I'm afraid. All the source is there if you want
to try to update it to the newest XNA.
