Hey Team,
My brother and I just want to touch base with everyone. As a reminder, each conceptual design should feature a different way of solving the design problem, which is refractive index matching and optical arrangement to achieve an optimal flow pattern. This means that the solid/liquid pairs, optical configuration, shaft design, and temperature/concentration control should be unique to each concept. The tank design, flow system, and gearbox should be generally the same across all the concepts.
For the meeting tomorrow with Dr. Lipsett, we can confirm this approach to the conceptual design stage. We can also discuss the necessity of incorporating experimental tests to our analysis, or just solid modelling and calculations.
Lastly, we have gotten our phones. We aren't using them just yet, as we're waiting for the cases to arrive. My number is 318-2359, and Hamza's is 264-1214.
