I have had a family emergency which has taken me out of Edmonton for the week. I can still conduct meetings with your respective teams, but we have to make special arrangements. Please let me know whether you want to meet at the regular time slots (which makes sense), in which case you will want to ensure that we can make Skype work, as not all conference rooms have telephones. My skype address is mike.lipsett You will have to confirm my availability before the meeting, as some circumstances are not in my control. Also, it would be good for you to send any documents that you might want to discuss well in advance. Try to avoid really large files as my internet access is quite limited.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope that you are all making great progress on conceptual design and initial preparation of the report.
