Amazon EC2 outage / Fluidinfo unavailable

Fluidinfo is currently unavailable. Amazon are having a problem and we're
currently not able to operate dynamically across their availability zones.
So we need to wait & hope the issue is resolved quickly.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We'd like to be more robust to these kinds of
failures.
