The only thing keeping me from using Fluid so far is the ability to
save username and password for the website that I am using Fluid
for... is there a way of doing this in the current version?

Hi Murlyn, I have not yet added keychain support to Fluid, but it's on
the todo list. Tim is right tho.. the very latest beta of 1Password
has added Fluid support. To be candid, I bought the app ($25 I
believe) and love it so much that I'm deferring keychain support until
a bit later than I had planned (probably post-1.0).

I really like 1Password, and it is so much better than any keychain
support i would have time to add, that I just really have to recommend
it. And of course it works with all browsers on your system, not just
Fluid SSBs. You really should check it out.

I have 1Password, but it's not installed in Fluid apparently since
it's not working there. Ill see what I can do, but yeah keychain
support would be excellent. Thanks! Now back to figuring out how I
can get 1Password installed into Fluid! :)

Murlyn, Fluid is *def* supported by 1Password as of the very latest
beta. This has just very recently been added by Dave (the 1Password
developer).

I'm still having an issue with Fluid and passwords. Specifically, on
sites such as iwantsandy.com and RTM, when I enter the password,
Safari will open up to the same login screen. Am I saving the proper
page in Fluid to make this app useful for these sites? I don't seem to
have this issue with GMail or Google Reader.
Thanks,
Clay

Hey Clay, to fix the issue, I'll need a much more detailed bug report including  which exact urls you are setting as your homepage, and what urls are resolving in safari and the SSB, etc... however, I think i know what is happening. you need to use Fluid's URL pattern whitelist feature to tell it where it is allowed to browse.

I've added an entire page dedicated to describing how to configure Fluid SSBs to do your bidding in this regard.

All: plz help me direct any questions regarding this in the future to this page.

thanks,
todd
