Fluid Instance (Remember The Milk) userscripts don't work

Everytime I try and install a Userscript on my Remember The Milk SSB
nothing happens. I've tried downloading the script and installing it
manually, as well as visiting the userscripts site and installing it
from the SSB itself. Each time there is no effect, the script has a
tick next to it, but no changes occur.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or why the scripts have no effect?

I'd like to install this script and I've also tried one which is
supposed to add a dock badge.
