what's the difference between profile and tags

Hi there,

Just looked through the document and have one question about profiles and tags attribute.  It looks like the tags attribute can be used in all scenarios where profile could be used. Is there any difference between them? or tags is just another enhanced profile ?

Profiles are run *after* a migration and can be used to seed a database with a "localhost" or "staging" profile of data. Tags let FluentMigrator determine which *migrations* to run. If it's an actual migration then tag it.
