Set CompatabilityMode to Strict for console runner

Is it possible to change the  CompatabilityMode from LOOSE to STRICT using a command line flag?

I don't see a way in the code or the wiki. I'm curious if you can expand on what you're trying to accomplish by switching this at runtime. There might be another way.
