Adding TEXTIMAGE_ON for Primary key constraint

Is there a way on including TEXTIMAGE_ON on the constraint of Primary Key? I just noticed that this keyword was not included when I compared the resultant SQL script of source database to the target database for migration. Attached is the sample scripts and the code itself for verification. I did this for verifying that the resultant database schema will be exactly the same on deployment to another machine.
