Sqlite alter column support

Does fluent migrator correctly support an alter column command for
sqlite? Ordinarily you have to create a temp table, copy the data into
it, drop the old table, create the new table, copy the temp table into
the new table, and drop the temp table.

Therr is no alter column in sqlite ... And fm doesnt make one up

Unfortunate. The sqlite GUIs that support column editing are doing the
temp table dance. It could be added if someone wanted to do it...
