Import OWL ontologies - rdfs:label vs IRI fragments

Hi, 

I am a new user of the tool. I am trying to import an ontology that uses sequential IDs as IRI fragments, and uses rdfs:label to handle readability

The "Smart" import strategy does not help much in this case - are there plans to implement a new strategy that uses the rdfs:label - or more generally

other annotations - like e.g. Protege allows to do?
