ERROR : Fluent Editor couldn't find the R_HOME Environment variable

to Fluent Editor 2014

The R_HOST variable is defined and has the path to the home directory of the R installation..

The error pops out when trying to access the Draw Graph Ontology menu item, which uses R to complete the operation.

This is on a Windows PC,.

Any idea on how to solve or debug this issue?
