Natural language to Ontology (OWL, KIF etc.) or CNL converter?

Maybe you can suggest me any Natural language to some Ontology (like OWL, KIF etc.) or CNL (controlled natural language) automatic (or semiautomatic) converter? It can be script, online service or desktop application, actually anything, that can convert natural english language to some ontology or CNL.

Dear Aleksandr,

Generating ontology from natural language is a complex task and no generic algorithms exist.
There is a tool called Ontorion Text Mining Tools for Excel with can generate ontology (English CNL, which can be exported to OWL) from spreadsheet with data about vendor products.

However, to be more helpful I would need to know the specific use case.
