I am an undergraduate undertaking a project on "Developing a domain ontology for Ghana Education Service Human Resource. " I want to create a URI for my ontology but I am not able to configure my proxy in the FE.

How can i use the ontology an HTML application.

Hi,

Nice to hear from you.
If you would like to put your ontology online, so that it is publicly available and other ontologies can refer to it, you should:
1) put at the top of .encnl file a line similar to this one:
Namespace: 'http://www.yourdomain.com/ontologies/GhanaEducationServiceHR'.

Note that the URL address above is actually an URI for your ontology ;)
2) export your ontology (.encnl file) to OWL/RDF format:
- go to Fluent Editor ribbon
- go to tab External
- go to OWL/RDF and choose Export to RDF or Export to OWL

3) upload your owl/rdf file at the address similar to this one:
http://www.yourdomain.com/ontologies/GhanaEducationServiceHR.rdf

What do you need proxy for?

Fluent Editor is a desktop application for modelling ontologies that does not support directly building web applications.
What kind of application would you like to make?

regards,
Aleksandra
