How can I convert v0.12 old syntax to v0.14/v1 easily

We are thinking to migrate v0.12 to newer version. Our production has more than 100 files of configuration. I know it's not necessary to convert when doing migration from v0.12 to v0.14 but what is a smart way to do that.

I realize that's already a plugin helper that do this on runtime.

Is there any possibility that I can make this compat parameter module into a command and automate all the configuration updates.
