fluent-plugin-geoip support for GeoIP2

Hi,

I am trying to find out if fluent-plugin-geoip supports Maxmind's GeoIP2? As I could see here https://github.com/y-ken/fluent-plugin-geoip it is mentioned in TODO section.

If it is still in TODO, fluent-plugin-geoip doesn't support GeoIP2.

If you want to know the progress, open an issue on the repository.

There are two other geo maxmind database plugins, and one of them supports version 2 instead of version 1.
