I have google forms set up for quizzes in my classroom. I then enable Flubaroo to run and autograde each student's submission. They recieve the results of their quiz sent to them in an email. Out of the 25 students I have 3 that end up with an error message. It doesn't record their submission either so their is no record of how they did on the quiz. Once they are done with the quiz and they click submit it pops up saying something about not being able to open a file. Any ideas how to fix this, and why this only happened to 3 students and the quiz worked for the rest of my class? Thanks for the help!

Thanks Joe,I checked it didn't record it in Google Forms either. I saw each of them complete the quiz using Google Form. When they clicked Submit that is when the error page popped up. There was no way for them to go back and redo it either? Any other ideas?

As I said, I don't think it is a Flubaroo issue. I searched and could not locate any information on a 404 error on a Google Form. Can you have one of the students take the quiz again and see if they still get the error?
I had the students resubmit and then the error code didn't appear. Any ideas why it did once and the next time it didn't?Also, I am wanting to reuse quizzes from last year, but want to have all the previous submissions cleared except the answer key submission. Can I do this and Flubaroo still work or do I need to make a new quiz every year?

Alright I will give that a try. When you say delete the responses, does that mean empty the responses out but then I will have all the rows empty and my new submissions will be way below the old ones. Or do I actually delete the entire ROWS that these past responses were in? Reason I ask is because on the flubaroo page it says TO ENSURE FLUBAROO FUNCTIONS PROPERLY, DO NOT DELETE ROWS OR COLUMNS IN THIS SHEET.

I have no idea why the error appeared in the first place and hope it doesn't return.
You should be able to use a quiz over. Delete from the Student Submission sheet all responses except the answer row.

That message is on the Grade sheet.
Delete the entire row on the Student Submission sheet. If the only row left is the answer row, the next entry should be placed at the bottom.
The Grade sheet can be deleted. Flubaroo will create a new Grade sheet.
