%cb0.5 not working when the answer choice is wrong

Hello,

I am trying to use %cb0.5 to grade a question where, out of four, two options are correct. I find that %cb0.5 is not giving -0.5 to those who have chosen one wrong answer only. Instead, it gives zero to such students. 

Any help ?
