Hello,

We use Flubaroo at our Sixth Form to mark physics homeworks, but in recent days have encounterd an odd issue. While the grading is still working fine, when I go to share grades, on the grade sheet the submisisons are scrambled, rather than appearing in timestamp order, and when I share the grades, only a handful of grades are shared.

Flubaroo states that the emails are either invalid, or already shared. When I look in the grade shared column the box is un-Xed, and I know the emails are valid for the students. I have tried regenerating Grade sheet with no improvement in success

As we rely on Flubaroo to return homework scores and feedback to students, any help is appreciated.

Screen shot attached, can't share access due to GDPR and it revealing student emails. In screenshot the second score of 43 is a new submission that I am unable to share the grade for

Cheers
Dr Thomas North

Did any of the students receive an email?

I can't tell much from the screenshot.  I see an "x" for most of the rows.  Below the error message is one row that was skipped.  I suspect that is the row with the bad email address.

Did you exceed your 24 hour quota of 100 for personal accounts and 1500 for Workplace accounts?  If you used another Add-on to send emails, those count toward your quota.

Did you sort the Student Submissions before you ran Flubaroo.  Flubaroo will put the records into the Grade sheet in the order it sees them.

Look at the sheet called Fieldlog.  There may be a message at the bottom.

I can usually find the problem very quickly if you can share the spreadsheet.

If you still have a problem please share the spreadsheet and form with flubarooshare   @   edcode.org with edit rights.

Dave or I will take a look.
