Negative Grade on not working on all the sheet

Dear Flubaroo community,

I am Geraldine from Port Bell Academy in Cameroon.

I recently use the formula

%=if(FLB_RESPONSE="b. Save As ----- Enregistrer sous",2,if(FLB_RESPONSE="",0,-0.5))

on my personal google account to grade an assignment and i worked very well.

I am now try it on the account of our training center and Flubaroo sends an "error" message.

I copied the excel sheet (students submissions) and paste it on the excel on my personal account and it still grade automatically but back to the gmail account of the academy it sends the same "error" message
