FLTK Wayland application under KDE Plasma

A user of my program reported a scaling factor problem on KDE Plasma
under Wayland / Vulkan on openSuse TumbleWeed:

The application works correctly under GNOME 48. Manolo, since you are
our Wayland expert and try most WM, can you suggest what
variables/settings we should be looking for?

The mrv2 discussions says

"You found a really nasty bug in the Wayland scaling. I have now fixed it"

Does that mean this issue is fixed?

Yes. It was a Wayland / Vulkan issue that does not show up on OpenGL.
