I can only speak for myself, and I need to say that my CMake
restructuring work is by far not yet ready. I still have plans to
improve (mostly) internal details.

However, once the result that users can benefit from "Modern CMake" is
achieved chances are good that we can release 1.4.0. That's my goal.
