The Golden Crane is First Platinum Sponsor For F.L.O.W.’s Strawberry
Festival

Windham’s annual Strawberry Festival and Book Fair has its first
Platinum Sponsor! Golden Crane Traditional Martial Arts has signed on
to support Windham’s largest community event which will be held on
Saturday, June 6th, 2009, at the Nesmith Library.

Located in Windham, NH, the Golden Crane provides quality instruction
to students of all ages, in the traditional martial arts of Okinawa,
Japan and China.

The 26th Annual Strawberry Festival and Book Fair is the primary
fundraiser to support the Nesmith Library. Over 3,000 townspeople
attend the event each year. The Strawberry Festival features games,
entertainment, food, books, and traditional homemade strawberry
shortcakes.

This fundraising event is a fantastic marketing and public relations
venue for local businesses and organizations. Tax deductible
sponsorship of the Strawberry Festival supports Nesmith Library
enhancements, museum passes, annual scholarships, guest authors to the
library, and community outreach initiatives such as Helping Hands.
