I'm back from Costa Rica and return to teaching on Monday. I hope to see you soon! ♡
I know at least some of you are familiar with the youth program Debra and I are involved in, where we teach in the DC public schools. This is part of a larger organization, called One Common Unity and is run by our dear friend and fellow yogi, Hawah - who most of you also know!
Anyway, he and his incredible team put together a beautiful and inspiring documentary about the work we do.
I wanted to invite you to the "Fly By Light" World Premiere event on Friday, May 1st at 6:30pm at National Geographic.
Maybe this could be a good reason for you to reunite with one another and learn more about what we do...and maybe be inspired to get involved yourselves. We are doing another youth/adult combo retreat this summer in early August. More info on that to come soon.
