Warrior (Virabhadra) Workshop November 9

Hello Ladies,

I hope this message finds you all well. I wanted to invite you all to my first workshop at Blue Heron Wellness in Silver Spring, MD called "Unleash Your Warrior Spirit". It links the story of Virabhadra to finding stability and establishing a strong foundation in your practice through the Warrior poses. I'm excited and also a bit nervous as the date gets closer. The more the merrier. :) Below is the link to the workshop. I'd love to see familiar faces--it has been way too long since we caught up.

Wow! Sounds awesome. I've always wanted to explore the warrior stories more!

Congratulations love-muffin.

Love the pic and description, too. I might be out of town that particular weekend but I will surely share with my students.
