a fun night to meet up at flow!
We are having  a talent show Sat Nov 5th at 8pm!

you want to share a talent - let us know

​ - we have about 3 spots left for acts.  Song, dance, yoga demo, poetry, improv, comedy - you name it - it is happening ;)​

​Plus we will have cupcakes.  So come, hang out - watch the show! It is free or by donation for One Common Unity.  Please help spread the good word:​

Wanted you to know that Juliana and I will be teaming up to do some songs (including one with changed lyrics, in the TT tradition of "I Can See Clearly Now with the Kleshas Gone" and "Yogi Don't Worry About a Thing") together in the Talent Show Fundraiser for One Common Unity I will be emceeing next Saturday, November 5th at 8 pm. We've got about 15 amazing acts set to go, from singing to dancing to spoken word and Acro Yoga. I'll also be performing original songs and singing with my acapella group, Strictly Vocals. Francesca will be working the door, and there will be free gluten free desserts donated by Sweet Crimes, a local bakery startup. What more could you ask for? Here is the event page.
