Dear Friends,
 
We are delighted to be meeting again this Wednesday at 7 pm at The Healing Center at 2372 St. Claude Avenue 4th floor.  This week we will continue our reading of Mindfulness in Plain English with Chapter 11:  Dealing with Distractions. 
 
We will also meet this Saturday from 9-4  in Magnolia, MS to set up our new meditation hall and dining halls.  We hope you can join us.
