Seeding direct sunflower recommendations

Hi there, 

Does anyone have any successful seed plate / row recommendations for direct seeding sunflowers via the Earthway or Jang seeder? Close enough together for small sunflower heads.

I haven’t used a seeder, but last year i sowed my sunflowers direct, but just pushing them into prepared soil, and they came up great at 10cm spacings.
