So the only place I could find Baltic Parsley seeds was Thompson & Morgan but they didn't have them in stock, so I clicked on the 'email me when in stock' option on their website. A few weeks later, I got an email advising the seeds were in stock, so I thought it might be worthwhile ordering a few other seeds at the same time, what with the postage and all. So I did. But when the delivery came, there were no Baltic Parsley seeds. 'Not in stock - see below' was the note. Below, nothing to see.
So I went back onto the Thompson & Morgan website and clicked the 'email me when in stock'
option. And a few weeks later, I got an email telling me the seeds were in stock. But I was unsure whether I would get the seeds anyway, from the first order. So I emailed them to ask (and also moaned about getting an email from them about specific seeds being in stock only to find they weren't). I heard nothing in reply. So after a few days, I ordered the Baltic Parsley seeds and also a few more (I couldn't help myself and it seemed silly to pay postage on one packet of seeds). And guess what, when the order came, there were no Baltic Parsley seeds. 'Out of stock - see below' read the note and this time below was another note advising the amount had been credited to my credit card.
Don't think I'll bother with Thompson & Morgan again. The really annoying thing is that I was going to keep my seed orders to just one or two suppliers (and Thompson & Morgan wasn't one of them) and it is quite time-consuming browsing seed
catalogues. Oh, if only I hadn't fallen for Baltic Parsley...
