The deadline for submitting results is fast approaching (June 30), and we have now setup an additional mechanism for submitting results.

If your files are so large that can't be sent via email, you can use the following ftp account:
username: f233466.participants
password: flowcap
server: ftp.d1125063.mydomainwebhost.com<http://ftp.d1125063.mydomainwebhost.com/>

Otherwise feel free to send them to rbri...@bccrc.ca<mailto:rbri...@bccrc.ca>.

Please also include a readme.txt with your submission including information on your approach (a reference to a publication is fine if you have that) and the time taken to process each dataset (and the architecture it was run on).

We'll be sending out information on now to register for the meeting at the NIH once the results for competition1 are in.

As always, if you have any questions just drop a note to someone on the organizing group.

Cheers,
Ryan Brinkman, on behalf of the FlowCAP organizing committee:

The number of clusters for the GvHD, DLBCL, and StemCell datasets are uploaded here:
http://flowcap.flowsite.org/download/flowCAP/NC.zip

The FSC and SSC channels (variables/dimensions) were not considered in the manual analysis of the samples for this challenge.
We hope those who sent in results for for the first round would resubmit results using the user-supplied number of clusters.
We'll release manual gate examples in a few weeks, once the results from this round are in (21 July, 2010).

Cheers,
Ryan Brinkman on behalf of the FlowCAP organizing committee:

We just noticed that one of the uploaded files were problematic. This is now fixed and re-uploaded.

Sorry for the confusion.

Dear Participants,

3 samples with manually assigned labels for each dataset can be downloaded from here:
http://flowcap.flowsite.org/download/flowCAP/CH4.zip

You can use these files as examples to automatically tune your algorithms.
-In addition to the usual runtimes, please also report your "training time" (i.e. the amount of time spent for tuning).
-In addition to the script used for generating the results, please also submit the script used for tuning your algorithm.
-In this challenge, you may not use the information that was provided for the third challenge (i.e. the number of clusters).
