FlowCAP2 Corrections

Dear participants,

Here are a new set of corrections and clarifications:

Challenge 2:

Tube 8 is unstained (not an isotype control) and tube 1 is the isotype control.

Challenge 3:

There are two negative controls per sample. You may choose to use any (or both) of them.

Challenge 5:

You can ignore CD56-CD23-DUMP-CD11c and FI-1-Fl-2-FL-3-FL-4 folders and tubes.

Challenge 7:

Various problems regarding the FCS offset and the expression matrix being truncated are solved (you should redownload the FCS files).

Challenges 1, 2, and 3a:

You can add a column to the meta-data spreadsheet to assign a "soft-label" to the predictions. These values must be between 0 and 1 with 0 referring to one of the labels and 1 to the other. Note that this is an optional step. The hard-labels are mandatory.

And I got error message twice.
