Dear FlowCAP participants,

The submission deadline for challenge 1 and 2 has been extended to 30 JUN 2010 to provide time to some late joiners to submit their results. We've also noticed that there may some issues related to viewing some of the FCS-encoded data in FlowJo. This seems to be caused by FlowJo not being able to display FCS parameters where the value of $PnR is not a power of 2. Other software appears to be unaffected.

If you have any questions or concerns about the competition please do not hesitate to get in contact with any member of the coordinating committee, and we look forward to having your results soon and seeing you in September for the Summit meeting.
