Whatif MSPAR remembered themself at the beginning of Pesterquest's prologue? If they didn't immediately leave Doc Scratch's mansion, but instead kept their character arc from Friendsim, and used their new knowledge of Homestuck to try and save someone?

I wrote this awhile ago so I don't remember every thought that led up to it but basically it's just a rewrite of gamzee's pesterquest route where gamz doesn't go crazy.

One thing I didn't like is that I'm a believer that the reason he got a little silly (killed two people and ruined everything) in canon was influence by lil cal in tandem with some other stuff and following his silly clown religion, but mostly lil cal. If the reader is able to separate him from that I'd like to think he would be about as normal as he was before going sober.

I just feel that, given that one of the themes of the game is that the reader wants to give these guys a better chance than the canon ever did it's kinda cruel to relegate him either to being a stoner or a murder.

You can either choose your actions by going to chapter select or just going forward and reading the endings one at a time.The rewrite includes 3 different endings and was originally written on google slides so it might be somewhat awkward to read as it had to be adjusted to only text. I have nothing against the pesterquest writers and I liked the game

it should be a relief to not have to worry about getting culled, but how can you possibly feel at ease when you're not under the same sky you're used to and you have nothing from home to cling to when you're alone?

The Reader finally got the ending it wanted, and it is determined to protect that timeline. But sometimes the feeling of being alone against the world is hard to handle. The emotions build up and you end up cracking.

Of course, he always has to crack at the 'worst' moment.

MSPA Reader is superb at maintaining and mending friendships, and they were perhaps the bearer of vast knowledge on every type of friendships that existed.
