Only one digit in agg.dat, and incomplete rrd files

I am trying to get netflow graphs with flowscan

Here is what I have in log file
sleep 6...
2015/03/03 19:15:01 working on file /var/netflow/ft-v05.2015-03-03.191000+0400...

but foe example in my agg.dat file I have only one digit, and rrd files also not complete
[root@pc1 Cflow-1.053]# cat /var/netflow/rrds/agg.dat
3

Here is what I get with CUGrapher http://91.208.149.10/cgi-bin/netflow/CUGrapher.pl?report=bits&hours=6&imageType=png&width=640&height=320&duration=&router=all&all_network=EuroBagratuniac&showmenu=1&legend=1

I am using centos 5 64 bit.

How to fix this?
