Creating the round system was cumbersome. I had to fix a lot of bugs in production that did not came up in development testing. I do not recommend anyone to take this approach. Better wait until epic games implements the save device in creative 2.0
I love the idea and how it plays out! Shame is, as @Tim1qaz point out, unless you can make lots of players enter at once, the game risks dying out pretty quickly due to how discovery seems to work due to low retention.

This past weekend I attended The Rawlings Gold Glove Awards which is not just the award given to the best defensive player at each position in the MLB, it is in all regards the best and most authentic activation by a brand that I can think of.
The award winners are announced in an hour-long prime-time viewing slot on ESPN with the Rawlings brand center stage the entire time. So, while yes the game advertises it as a "live" system, and you are technically playing against other players, you aren't playing them in real time. You are playing what they call "ghost data", and you aren't directly competing with other players, you're simply playing to see who gets the highest score against "bots" using other players previous game data.
Arena (known as Battlez until 7.5.1) is a player vs. player game mode in Plants vs. Zombies 2 that was introduced in the 6.6.1 update. This mode is unlocked after getting the Map of Space-Time-Ness from Ancient Egypt - Day 1 and obtaining at least six plants.
It has been noted that this mode does appear to be lacking a "real" matchmaking feature that pairs you with another player fairly. There have been reports of people that had low-leveled plants to still be paired with a person with max-leveled plants or still high-leveled plants. Players can also be paired against bots that solely calculate their score based on the players.

Check the next time you play; for me on Android the last letter of the name is cut off, but every single "player" I see is on that list. An EA representative tried to claim they replace the name of the actual "Player" with one of these to ensure no abusive names slip through. However if you follow one of the online recommended builds for Arena so you have the best chance of winning, you'll find it's also set to scale so each match is harder than the last, with you normally losing around the second game of the second run. Every week, every time. So at the most charitable interpretation possible, they're sampling a final score from the player base, changing their name to the pre-selected list, then ensuring one at a fixed point is impossible to beat.
Which makes how when the week is getting close to an end, one of the players in the last few hours is suddenly pushing to beat your league ranking. Better spend some gems to keep your place and reward, eh? What's that, out of gems. Why the real money store is just over here...
Obviously, and the same is true for any real player. However, there are bots that run aggro decks. That perform well. In standard there are bunch of Aggro Druid bots, they are so easy to spot because the sequence in how they and interact with the board/cards and sometimes the very way in which they paly the cards.
I think players make bots to grind gold and free stuff while they are away at work or something. Not entirely sure, but the bots do exist. One needs only go into wild and see a few Pirate Rogue players in the Diamond to Legend area and it becomes pretty obvious.

Golf courses can be activated through any of the three game modes (Play, Improve, Compete). All golf courses that have not been activated will show a small lock icon in the upper left and Not Activated text under the course name. The course will activate once it is selected by the user.
If a golf course is shown as Not Purchased, the FSX Live account associated with FSX 2020 has no available licenses for the course. Additional licenses can be purchased by contacting your Foresight Sports sales representative.
A single course license cannot be used to activate a course on multiple computers. If you would like to transfer a license to a different computer running FSX 2020, you must first deactivate the license on the original computer where it was used.

To start a new round, select the Play icon from the main menu. Choose between starting a new game, Footgolf, selecting the last game played, browsing your saved games or a random game. Select the course and holes that you wish to play. Selected holes are highlighted in grey. Players can view the scorecard of their chosen course by selecting the Scorecard icon. Drop Balls: Add slope indicators to the green grid (only applicable if green grid is on). The opacity of the
green grid and slope indicators can be toggled by holding the CTRL key and selecting this option.
Hole Review: Review shots on holes already played. Select the Hole Review feature from the View menu in-game. Users can select a hole and review all their shots played on the chosen hole.
