The pasta can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave. To reheat it on the stove, add the pasta to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir and reheat for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through. If the pasta starts to look dry, stir in another 3-4 tablespoons chicken broth.

Good recipe! I hacked it to make it one pot (equal parts pasta and broth) then the rest except sour cream for cream cheese, used 1/2 cup homemade Buffalo sauce (hot sauce, canola oil, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, mustard), added celery seed and shredded carrots.

I like to prepare this meal over the weekend and pack it in portable containers for weekdays. I pack cauliflower mash, gravy and sliced fried eggplant in one container. Spinach salad goes separately so that we can easily heat the meal.
The fried eggplant recipe is quick, flavorful, and needs some globe eggplants for long slices and basic pantry ingredients - Flour, eggs, seasonings and some oil for pan-frying (no deep frying needed). Since eggplant cooks quickly, I don't need to take fryer out or even use a lot of oil. I add oil for each batch to keep the oil use at minimum.

Excellent!! My husband and I loved it. I did use olive oil. Used chicken breast tenderlions. Cut them into bite sized pieces before seasoning. Much easier!! Googled a homemade Pico de gallo recipe. Everything blended well together. This will definitely go on our regular dinner rotation!!
These are restaurant quality and super good! I always saute my flour shells in butter or oil to give them a little crunch, do not like the taste of a plain torilla warmed. The seasoning on the chicken takes it over the top and I made quacamole and spread it on shells topped with thin layer of sour cream then the chicken, cilantro, salsa. These are truly a game changer.
This was amazing! I added a few more seasonings with fresh squeezed lime juice, a dash of tequila and a freshly whipped up batch of cilantro sauce and these tacos were THE BEST chicken tacos I have ever tasted! I was pleasantly surprised by the first bite.

My go-to for delicious chicken tacos. The spice rub is fantastic and flavorful. I follow the recipe exactly for cooking the chicken, and just freestyle the taco fixings based on what I have. Suggest cooking up extra chicken to use in burrito bowls or as part of a salad for an easy weeknight dinner.

Absolutely delish! Accidentally used tenders and still great! Served with homemade tortillas, seasoned sour cream, pico, and cheddar (avocado wasnt ripe!). Next time, will add some sauted veggies after chix cooks and pair with some Spanish rice and black beans. Thank you!
